Aloha Vendors (Selling Food or Beverages)!
You are invited to be a part of the 23rd annual Taste of the Hawaiian Range’s Agriculture Festival on Saturday, September 7, 2019 at the Mana Christian Ohana (old Kahilu Town Hall) and YMCA Minuke Ole Park in Kamuela on Hawaii Island.
The Taste Agriculture Festival or family day event will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. It will be free and open to the public. As a Vendor, you will be allowed to sell food or beverages, and there will be nominal fee of $25.00. You must obtain a Special Event Food Establishment Permit, as well as a Food Handlers’ Education Certificate. You will need to provide your own tent/ booth, chairs, tables, hand-washing station, gloves and electricity/power (if needed).
Please complete and submit the online registration form by clicking on the above Google Form link in this invitation email. Once we confirm your registration via email, then we will send you some additional consent forms, based on the type of products that you have for sale. Also, we will send you more information on how to send your permit, certificate, and pay your nominal fee. Because of space limitations, you must register online by August 7, 2019. There will be no on-site registration.
