Aloha and welcome to Taste It, a weekly blog sharing insight and offering discussion on topics pertaining to Mealani’s Taste of the Hawaiian Range.
Save the date for the 15th anniversary of this agricultural showcase–Friday, Sept. 10. It’s 6-8 p.m. at the Hilton Waikoloa Village on the Big Island of Hawai’i.
In addition to keeping people informed about Mealani’s Taste of the Hawaiian Range, this blog will further the event’s educational mission by offering compelling information that supports and promotes local agriculture.
We hope to include recipes, plus preparation and cooking tips on grass-fed meats and locally grown food. Our goal is to keep the community informed of upcoming related events and news pertaining to grass-fed beef, local ag products and the people who are working hard to provide us with food.
